This is mostly a good area for babies. Down in the kids' area, there's a space in the back for babies and young kids to sit and read. But, truthfully, it's a better place for babies than tots as the tots get bored quickly and will go pull things off the shelf. However, they have a great selection of books to read. There are usually other parents or nannies there for the kids to interact with. Diapers must be changed in the bathroom, not in the space but there is a baby changing station and the whole building is accessible with ramps and elevators. A good rainy or snowy day solution if you want to get out and do something a little different.
