We sent our son to Music Together classes starting when he was 6 months old. He went for several seasons. The classes are small enough that you get to meet everyone and the teachers are good. We had a better experience once our son was a little older and could be more participatory. We'll be starting to look at classes for our daughter soon and she is more musically inclined and will be 18 months when she starts so she is more likely to have a higher appreciation. Music Together has CD's that you take home which we still play for the kids and they love them. They are excellent for helping babies learn to make sounds.
