For us, and for many, new parenthood creates a profound desire to rethink our lifestyles. Our newest program, Well Parenting, is a six-month program designed to help aspiring and new parents understand and balance their food and lifestyle, getting their diet, exercise, career, relationships, and spirituality in order for their child. Using mindfulness as a tool, the program guides aspiring parents to concretely identify the areas of their health and happiness that they???d like to effect, and then helps them to sustainably make those changes a reality.
