I went to Freda- while she seemed great and our stunned baby went through every exercise she suggested, the minute we got home none of it worked. The exercises were impossible with a screaming hungry baby- I asked her about a trick I heard elsewhere and she said it sounded good, she would suggest it to other moms... great, but why hadn't she known about it for me? I tried keeping up with email, but she didn't answer most of my questions and gave clipped answers for the ones she got to. In the end, the problem we were having, which she said would take 2 days to get rid of, took 4 weeks. Overall, she was friendly and warm, but her suggestions just didn't work for us.
